Happy Anniversary Sweetheart.

Today fourteen years ago I did the best thing I had done in my entire life. I married you.

Mother’s these day’s are making dad’s more active in their childrens lives.

Don’t get me wrong. I was and still am active in the kids lives,

even though the are grown up and have kid’s of their own.

Some dad’s just shouldn’t be allowed out to buy clothes for said offspring.

And here is the reason why.

He’s a bit young for that sort of stuff

You can see where he’s going to end up.

Enough said

Now why do I find that funny?

True

And my personal choice!

You are looking at a future ruler of what ever country he decides to live in.

Now do all you Mothers and females agree with me?

Good I thought I’d give a good case for men, not to be sent out to buy baby clothes.

For all of you who think I am wrong, look what happens when this lot grows up!

See what I mean!

There is more malarky at Michael’s, Moe’s and (maybe) Muffy’s, so make sure you check.

Burn baby burn

My secret Santa has been!

As most of you know, I’m heavily invloved in the Aussie Bloggers forum.
This is the forums first Christmas, and someone came up with the great idea of a secret Santa.
Now as you also know, I’m a nut for Christmas and all it entails, so when this was suggested, I was THERE, quick as lightning.
One person gathered all the names and addresses and did the draw then sent out the required information to those who put their hand up.
Well feed me garlic and call me stinky, I got mine in the mail on Friday!!
Most excited I was, and disappointed I was not.
Now, if my blessed USB cable was anywhere to be found, I woud have taken a pic, but alas, that was not meant to be, so I’ll tell you instead.
I received from my secret Santa a book chockers with Bizarre but True Stories and Headlines from Around the World.
The book was compiled by Randy Cassingham, who also has a website you can subscribe to.
Apparently he has a weekly column he writes as I discovered on investigation.
This book contains enough blogfodder to keep me going for months so I’m a happy girl!
I have no idea who my secret Santa was, and don’t really want to, but I thank you all the same.
The book is a hoot and I’ve been chuckling while reading it.
Wander on over to the link above and have a good giggle yourself people.
I posted mine tonight, and I hope the person I sent it to enjoys it as much as I did mine
